The header view switcher — an anchored popover that owns one axis only: which collection of mail (Inbox / Sent / Archive). Domain scope lives in the mailbox switcher sheet, so the two axes stay separate. Icon + label rows, a check on the active row; tap outside to dismiss. Mirrors the app's ViewMenu.
