Inbox (with triage)

The whole app-open experience. If there are triage cards, you land in triage first — swipe through the deck (left = archive, right = keep), tap a card to open its full thread, or hit Skip to inbox. Finish the deck and the app auto-transitions to the inbox. Once you're in the inbox: mailbox switcher, filter tabs, live rows, compose FAB; bottom tabs route between Inbox, Rules, and Settings.
