EC-6.6/6.9 — the per-message delivery status line (Sending → Scheduled → Sent → Delivered → Delayed → Not delivered → Failed), the sender-health screen (bounce/complaint rates vs Resend thresholds, suppression list, quota meter with 80%/100% banners, labelled an estimate), and the composer suppression warning. Switch panels with the segmented control. Open/click tracking is intentionally out of scope. Live polling/webhooks are runtime-only.
